The Green Wave Mustard Greens are known to grow up to two feet high in deep green fringed leaves. This green can be used fresh in a salad or cooked in southern tradition. This plant can be ready to eat in as little as 50 days and is very heat tolerant. As this will bolt in extreme heat you should grow in early in spring and again late into the fall or early winter.

Green Wave Mustard Seeds
Vates Blue Scottish Curled Kale has large curly leaves and spreads up to 35 inches wide. Kale is a bi-annual that seeds in the second year. This Kale will start putting out young leaves within 60 days and will continue to put out leaves until well after frost. This kale will withstand some shade.
