The Roma Heirloom tomato is a classic plum tomato that is great for eating, canning, and cooking. This 73-day heirloom determinate plant will produce a large batch of thick, meaty fruit with very little juice that is perfect for cooking down into sauces. The plant is compact only reaching 4 to 6 feet tall. As a determinant, it will put out a big batch and then peter out with smaller batches. This is the classic tomato that you find in cans for cooking uses. The seeds are resistant to verticillium wilt and fusarium wilt but are untreated.

This heirloom tomato is a surprise in that it has unbelievable flavor. It is so acidic and delicious. It is an ox-heart that is meaty with limited seeds and lots of meat. The tomato will turn black on top and red on the bottom when it is ripe. The fruit is between 3 and 6 oz. It is an indeterminate that gets long vines and likes to be staked well.
