The Anaheim Pepper is an 80 days Heirloom. It is considered mildly hot, however, if you let it to red expect it to go up quite a bit in the heat. It is a long tapered pungent, medium-thick pepper. Green maturing to red. Used mainly as a stuffing pepper. SHU of 900 to 3,500.
