Chinese Long beans take 80 days to harvest, they are wonderful heirloom beans. This is the most delicious and unique bean I have grown to date. The deep red 18” pods are so delicious and full of nutrition, and they even keep most of their color when sauteed! The plant has long vines which produce all summer and do well under many conditions.
