    The Numex Centennial is a mildly hot pepper with a scoville of 1,000 to 5,000. It follow a color pattern from green, to purple, yellow, orange and then red getting hotter as it matures. It grows well in container or in the ground. It is a little longer than the Numex Twilight but much milder. The compact bush puts out 100’s of inch long hot peppers.  They were originally created by the New Mexico State University. Great as an ornamental with purple leaves and flowers.
    These peppers are quite rare and only will have 12 seeds per pack.

    The Numex Twilight is a very hot pepper with a Scoville of 30,000 to 50,000. It follows a color pattern from green to purple, yellow, orange, and then red, getting hotter as it matures. It grows well in containers or in the ground. The compact bush puts out 100’s of extremely flavorful hot peppers.  They were originally created by the New Mexico State University as a variance on Thai Chili. Great as an ornamental or for hot pepper fans.

    The Oregon Sugar Pod Snow Pea produces a large crop of sweet snow peas on 28″ vines. The pods are about 4.5 inches long.  They resist pea virus, common wilt and powdery mildew.  They take 68 days to mature, and like full sun.  This is an early-season plant that should be planted directly into the ground.  A fall crop can also be grown. Approximately 25 seeds per package.

    The Pequin pepper is a very small chili pepper that has a lot of heat.  It is sometimes called the bird pepper.  Pequin’s are often pickled in vinegar and grace many south Texan and Mexican tables.  The plants are cute and hardy. Then can get up to four feet tall and make nice ovals.  They can grow well in a container as well.  The chilies are bright red and look ornamental. The peppers rate between 50,000 and 100,000 Scoville.

    A rescue tomato from the Salisbury Missouri area.  This is a fantastic local tomato that is incredibly strong. It puts out a lot of large plump-shaped pink cherry tomatoes.  It was one of the earliest and put out a huge crop then later in the summer put out another smaller crop.   Sweet, pink, local, and strong.

    These are very rare rescue local tomatoes. We are the only ones with the seeds.  Helps save the Pink Sweet.

    Poblano peppers are called Anchos when dried or roasted. It is a very popular Heirloom pepper that goes a dark green and then a dark burgundy when ripe. The plants get about 2.5 feet tall and peppers are about four inches long, plump with medium heat.  The Scoville rating is 3000. Peppers take about 80 days to mature.
